Note: there are slight differences between different tracers.
WECO Tracer needs to click Trace button then tracing the frame on tracer.
TAKUBOMATIC FD80 needs to tracing the frame on tracer first then click Receive Trace button.
NIDEK Tracer needs to tracing the frame on tracer first then click Receive Trace button.
In New Job screen, click Receive Trace button to receive trace.
A pop up window will show up and recieving trace if the Opticare Tracer Server is running on your system. Note the Opticare Tracer Server only runs on Microsoft Windows operating system.
If a trace is recieved, the shape will draw on the screen. Also the frame details will be added automatically.
Common Errors
Com Port does not exist.
Solution: Check settings in Opticare Trace Server to see if a wrong Com Port was selected.
